PROCESS VIDEO - Padraig visits Colm (study of movie still)

So, this is my second one of these ever. 😅

In preparing to do the voice-over, I did some research about the movie, and the cinematographer. It turns out Ben Davis, the cinematographer, also worked in Marvel's The Eternals movie, as well as Guardians of the Galaxy, so evidently, he has amazing stylistic range.

This movie was shot in the Aran Islands, and that's easy for me to remember because I dabbled in knitting and Aran yarn is the first ever yarn I touched :D

Inisherin is not a real life place. Most of the shots were on Inishmore and the sets were constructed. 

I thought these are important things to impart, as obviously, this painting, created from a cinematic shot, is not from my own imagination, but I learned a hell of a lot about composition, mood and lighting by reproducing it. It was a real joy to capture this scene, which spoke to me.
