DAFFODILS (Monday, March 27)

A lot of daffodils :)

(1) These daffodils sit on my window sill beside the wood stove. 

I got them at a whim while going grocery shopping, and I'm glad I did.

Sakura 01 ink pen, Winsor and Newton watercolours, 

on Strathmore 300 gsm watercolour paper.

 

(2) I find flowers very tricky. 

This is my attempt at one of the blooms in the pot

in pencil, on sketchbook paper.

Preparing for the Credit Union Place craft fair!

Lucian is allowing me to sell some of his paintings mounted on card stock, as well. That middle card with the lovely lighthouse and great value shading is his.

Finally, I did a drawing of a flower I like:

I will be activating (wetting the graphite) tomorrow, then, hopefully some watercolour!
