Crazy days

It's been a crazy few days so I haven't been super prolific. I did manage to record this process of me drawing Maria with my water-soluble graphite pencils. The bad news is, I activated the graphite after this and wasn't happy with what I did, so I scrapped the project. The good news is I still have this video to remember what this *used* to look like. Sigh. You live you learn as they say! And, as sad as I was about not having the project turn out the way I wanted, the distance of a few days mitigates that somewhat, AND I learned a few things from this, which I hope to implement when I have a bit of time.

Nevertheless, I hope you enjoy this video, it's probably one of my favourite portraits of my girl that I did.
